In 2020, our company expanded its business scope through the acquisition of SHOWA PRECISION CO., LTD., diversifying into the fields of PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) vacuum coating and PVD equipment technology. Leveraging the advantages of PVD technology, such as high-speed large-area coating, uniform film thickness, and the use of relatively safe process gases in thin film manufacturing, we have concentrated our efforts on research and development of related equipment.
